We are looking for a **Web Developer** focused on front-end development and with experience implementing websites on **WordPress**, capable of turning designs into functional, fast, and responsive web experiences. We seek someone with a keen eye for detail, strong UI/UX judgment, and the ability to integrate tools and plugins according to project requirements. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain websites using **HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript**. * Implement UI/UX designs (in-house or provided), ensuring **responsiveness**, basic accessibility, and a positive user experience. * Set up and configure websites on **WordPress** (themes, page builders, and page structure). * Integrate, configure, and customize **plugins** (forms, performance, SEO, analytics, etc.). * Integrate with marketing tools (e.g., **Google Analytics, GTM, Pixel**, forms, and CRM when applicable). * Implement and support e-commerce using **WooCommerce** and/or **Shopify** (catalog, checkout, plugins/apps, basic tracking). * Perform basic **web server / hosting management**: domains, DNS, SSL, email accounts, migrations, backups, and deployments. * Optimize site speed and follow best practices (image compression, caching, minification, clean code structure). * Document changes, estimate timelines, and meet deadlines in coordination with the team. Requirements * Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** (DOM manipulation, events, interactions, validations). * Proficiency in **WordPress** (architecture, themes, plugins, customization). * Experience with **Elementor**. * Proficiency in **JetEngine** (CPTs, dynamic fields, listings, filters, relationships, etc.). * Experience with **WP Engine** (preferred) or similar managed hosting environments. * Solid knowledge of **Hosting and Domain Registration** (domains, DNS, SSL, redirects, etc.). * Experience with **WooCommerce**, and operational familiarity with **Shopify** (apps/integrations). * Knowledge of editors, themes, child themes, and best practices for maintaining scalable websites. * Excellent aesthetic sense and **attention to detail**. * Strong deadline management, prioritization, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience collaborating with design/creative teams and understanding business needs. Desirable Skills * Familiarity with **Git** / version control. * Basic knowledge of **technical SEO** (structure, performance, basic indexing). * Use of **Figma** (or **XD**) for reading and implementing designs. * Knowledge of **APIs** and integrations (REST, webhooks) at a basic/intermediate level. * Experience with animations/interactions (CSS animations, JS libraries).
