Beef processing company located on Carretera San Juan de los Lagos / Encarnación de Diaz is seeking personnel for the position of **Supervisor in Industrial Maintenance** **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree: Industrial, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in Maintenance. **Knowledge:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electronics, and Electrical Control. * Equipment installation and validation. * Spare parts change management. * Use of basic tools: multimeter, pressure gauges, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Detect anomalies and diagnose equipment failures. * Ensure service reliability. * Handle basic circuits, identifying their fundamentals and operating principles. * Install equipment following manufacturer-recommended procedures. * Prepare maintenance and repair service reports. * Shutdowns and startups. * Personnel management Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 per month Schedule: * 8-hour shifts, morning, afternoon, and night.
