




Job Summary: Ensure accurate accounting recording, control, and analysis, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and information reliability for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Structured and results-oriented work environment Job Objective: Ensure proper recording, control, and analysis of the organization's accounting information, guaranteeing compliance with current tax, labor, and financial regulations, as well as the reliability of information for decision-making in group operations. Main Responsibilities: - Execute accounting recording of transactions (revenues, expenses, and journal entries) in accordance with applicable regulations - Perform timely bank, tax, and accounting reconciliations - Analyze, consolidate, and reconcile accounting accounts - Determine and monitor compliance with tax obligations (e.g., ISR, IVA, withholdings) - Prepare and submit electronic accounting records and DIOT on time and correctly - Validate digital tax receipts (CFDI) for proper accounting integration - Control and record payroll processes, as well as social security obligations - Manage IMSS affiliation activities (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications) - Prepare working papers and supporting documentation for internal and external audits Required Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree completion preferred) - Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in industrial or corporate environments - Solid knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and compliance requirements with authorities - Proficiency in accounting systems (CONTPAQi preferred) - Intermediate-level Excel skills Key Competencies: - High sense of responsibility and professional ethics - Focus on control and compliance - Analytical ability - Organization and attention to detail - Structured and results-oriented work approach We Offer: - Integration into a mining-sector business group - Professional stability and development - Structured and results-oriented work environment. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience Knowledge Areas: Bank reconciliations, DIOT, IMSS, Microsoft Excel, Accounting systems
