Our facilities are located at Colinas de Lagos Industrial Park in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco. We are looking for talent to fill the position of **QUALITY ASSISTANT ENGINEER**. **WE REQUIRE**: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, or related field * Intermediate conversational English * Experience: 6 months in quality areas (preferably in the automotive sector) * Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001\. * Knowledge of quality tools * 8D methodology * ERP and office software proficiency * Residency in Lagos de Moreno or willingness to relocate or commute **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Support the Quality Engineer in updating the control plan, inspection instructions, and other relevant documentation. * Ensure delivery of trainings and qualifications. * Support product audits. * Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA). * Confirm and organize on-site and warehouse-pending quality anomaly handling. * Review engineering samples daily to verify product appearance and structure. * Train quality control personnel. **WE OFFER**: * Statutory benefits * Quarterly bonuses * Development opportunities * Free cafeteria * Free transportation (within Lagos) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work location: **Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco** Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Employee referral program * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Language: * Intermediate conversational English (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
