Age: 25–45 years old Marital status: Any Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. **Job Objective** The primary purpose of the Process Engineer is to define optimal operating conditions for the plastic injection process, thereby increasing efficiency, ensuring product quality, reducing operational costs, and maintaining machinery and equipment in optimal condition. **Technical Requirements** Specialized in plastic injection; thin-wall molding (desirable). Mold startup from scratch and process optimization. Scientific molding for parameter adjustment. Proficiency in hydraulic pumps, screws, temperature controllers, and process stages. Knowledge of mechanical properties of materials (resins and molds). Familiarity with tooling and hot-runner molds. Mastery of key parameters such as injection speed, temperature profiles, and clamping and injection pressures. Experience conducting DOE (Design of Experiments) studies. Supervisory focus and personnel management skills. HACCP knowledge. **Job Responsibilities** * Determine optimal machine operating parameters for each product, ensure their documentation, and verify their implementation. 2. Analyze the operating principles of tooling to ensure they are in proper working condition. 3. Analyze the operating principles of tooling (e.g., molds, printing mandrels, paper mandrels, wing molds, heads, etc.) to ensure they are in proper working condition. 4. Analyze cell-related issues to identify root causes and implement or propose corrective solutions. 5.
