**Mangueras 360 by RyR is seeking a Production Manager in El Tigre - Zapopan, Jalisco** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * 3 years of experience as Production Manager. * Technical knowledge of machinery (preferably extruders, mixers, mills). * Proficiency in Excel and at least one ERP system. * Prior experience in plastics, PVC, extrusion, or related industries is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Schedule weekly and monthly production according to requested needs. 2. Validate the production schedule prepared by Planning. 3. Manage operational staff (schedules, leave requests, production plan, disciplinary meetings, overtime, etc.). 4. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance together with the Maintenance Manager. 5. Prepare daily production reports and cumulative reports, recording variances against scheduled theoretical output. 6. Communicate the production schedule to Supervisors and Operators. 7. Propose continuous improvement strategies for manufacturing processes, machine status, and tooling. 8. Calculate and review manufacturing costs. 9. Request raw materials for procurement and schedule deliveries. 10. Resolve unexpected issues such as staff absences, electrical failures, mechanical breakdowns, and major raw material problems. **OFFER:** Monthly salary of **$20,000** to **$22,000** (paid weekly). Monthly production bonus of **$3,000**. Monthly food vouchers of **$1,100**. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
