Education: Mechanical or Civil Engineer (or similar). Postgraduate degree desirable Solid technical training. Experience in construction project inspection. Knowledge of local pipeline regulations (NOM, ASEA) and recognized international standards (API, CSA, ASME, ASCE). Advanced knowledge in excavations and similar civil works. Extensive experience in horizontal directional drilling (HDD). Software: AutoCAD, MS Office. Advanced Project. English language proficiency: Intermediate Responsible for field inspection of civil works for pipelines Perform field inspections of civil works such as trenches, right-of-way, pipe storage, backfilling, special crossings, tunnels, ballast, horizontal directional drilling, and restoration. Supervise compliance with construction project requirements Document work progress Maintain accurate records of personnel, equipment, and materials used in activities carried out on behalf of the company.
