Process Engineer Profile Requirements * Education: Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade (customs brokerage experience preferred). Experience: * **Minimum requirements:** Process design, management and monitoring; implementation and tracking of KPIs; knowledge of improvement methodologies (EFQM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management tools); proficiency in statistical process control tools (Ishikawa diagram, Pareto chart, 5 Whys, histogram, control charts, flowcharts, check sheets, correlation diagrams); ability to assess organizational capacity; time and motion studies; cost analysis and productivity measurement per process. * **Desirable:** Application of improvement methodologies in service-oriented enterprises (EFQM, Six Sigma, KAIZEN, Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management tools, or best practices); knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and Quality Management Systems; experience with command dashboards.
