That's what we're looking for in you **General purpose of the position:** Efficiently coordinate and supervise the operational logistics of training courses, ensuring proper planning, execution, and follow-up of each training event. This includes managing facilities, instructors, materials, complementary services, and official documentation, in order to guarantee a high-quality learning experience and compliance with regulations. **Main responsibilities:** 1\. Administrative * Prepare monthly activity reports and training metrics. * Control the budget allocated to training logistics. * Keep physical and digital records and files up to date. 2\. Operational * Supervise setup and teardown of training rooms. * Verify that technical resources and materials are available and in good condition. * Coordinate timely delivery of materials to instructors and participants. 3\. Instructor Relations * Confirm availability and hiring conditions of external instructors. * Follow up on instructor payments and performance evaluations. 4\. Regulatory Compliance * Ensure all courses meet legal requirements for issuing DC3 certificates. * Coordinate internal or external audits related to training. * Deliver DC2, DC4 and maintain updated list of DC5 (instructors and syllabi). **Your profile:** Professional degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy or related field Experience creating reports using tools such as advanced Excel and Power BI Knowledge and adherence to STPS regulations Experience in planning and organizing training courses Leadership and experience in personnel management Intermediate English (desirable) Application deadline: September 30, 2025 To apply: send your CV to the email reclutamiento@sandvik.com Sandvik is an equal opportunity employer.
