We are currently undergoing a professionalization phase; therefore, we seek to integrate a key individual who will help structure, monitor, and execute the General Management’s strategic projects. Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Support to General Management * Execution of strategic projects * Monitoring and control * Meeting management * Documentation and process standardization * Identification and proposal of areas for continuous improvement * Organization of strategic information * And others Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field * 2 to 5 years’ experience in project coordination * Experience in continuous improvement * Project management (PMO) * Consulting experience (desirable) * Operations experience * Advanced Excel * Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001\-2015, 035\) * Knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies We Offer: * Weekly payments * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers * Access to a sports club * Bonuses Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am\- 5:30pm Saturday 8:30am\- 2:00pm Work Location: Villanueva \#8, Col.
