This is your opportunity to join one of Mexico’s top companies and embrace new professional challenges within the automotive industry. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Receive, pick, and place materials using forklifts and work tools such as electric pallet jacks and picking carts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Physically receive materials and promptly register them in the ERP system; report discrepancies upon arrival. * Assign storage locations in the system according to physical storage location. * Ensure materials are placed according to the location indicated in applicable systems. * Perform physical inventory counts to ensure system and physical inventory accuracy; promptly report detected discrepancies. * Identify and report materials observed as overstocked, obsolete, or damaged. * Conduct organization-mandated physical inventories. * Ensure preparation, delivery, and system recording of materials per picking instructions; report possible discrepancies. * Participate in cyclic inventory counts. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Minimum high school diploma or technical degree. * Software: Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or warehouse associate. * Completed high school education and/or incomplete university degree. * Basic knowledge of administrative systems. * Pleasant customer interaction skills. * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive. **BENEFITS** * Employment with an ESR-certified company. * Tax-free grocery vouchers. * Tax-free restaurant vouchers. * Transportation assistance. * Savings fund (optional). * Savings plan. * Life insurance. * Year-end bonus exceeding legal requirements. * Seniority bonus. * Monthly bonus. **WORK LOCATION** Salvador Hinojosa 201, Colonia Nueva Central, Tonalá Jalisco, CP 45580
