Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage domestic and international procurement, coordinate materials, and ensure inventory flow in a dynamic environment with international exposure. What will you do? * Daily tracking of domestic and international purchase orders. * Requesting and updating delivery dates with suppliers. * Updating procurement, shipment, and delivery reports in the system. * Document entry and control in SAP. * Preparing inventory replenishment proposals. * Supporting branches and advisors on product specifications. * Coordinating materials for installations and special projects. Our Ideal Candidate * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field * 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or foreign trade * Intermediate-to-advanced English (mandatory) * Proficiency in SAP (Procurement), Excel, and CRM (Zoho preferred) * Organized, proactive, and self-motivated individual Plus * Knowledge of wood or construction materials * Experience working with international suppliers What We Offer * Exposure to international negotiation * Continuous learning on materials and the European market * Collaborative work across various business areas * Opportunity for growth * Statutory and above-statutory benefits Salary: $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
