





We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in accounts receivable for Autotransportes de Carga Tres Estrellas, S.A. de C.V. Location: Carretera a Nogales (In front of Technology Park) Requirements Experience: \- Excel \- Experience with any ERP system (Oracle preferred) \- Balance reconciliation \- Data entry \- Physical inventory counts Responsibilities: \- Record invoices in the Oracle system for payment scheduling. \- Follow up with Purchasing and Warehouse on clarifications needed to prevent delays in invoice processing. \- Reconcile and monitor the bridge account for receipts pending invoicing, ensuring balances are properly reconciled. \- Create zero payments in the Expenses module. \- Reconcile VAT and ISR withholdings from suppliers to prevent errors in provisional payments. \- Assist with physical inventory counts of spare parts at the Zapopan base.
