Junior Architect – BARRHEN
(Design \+ Construction)
About BARRHEN:
At BARRHEN, we develop architectural projects where design, execution, and detailing are equally important. We aim to create spaces with identity, carefully managing every element from conceptualization through final on-site delivery.
The Role:
We seek a Junior Architect eager to engage in the entire project process—from office-based development to on-site supervision—with focus on finishes, architectural detailing, and coordination with suppliers.
It’s not just about drafting plans—it’s about understanding the project and ensuring its correct execution in the field.
Responsibilities:
* Development of drawings, construction details, and modeling.
* Support in architectural design and conceptual proposals.
* On-site supervision (especially for finishes and fine details).
* Coordination and follow-up with suppliers and contractors.
* Resolution of technical details directly on site.
* Ensuring quality and fidelity to the design during execution.
* Support in rendering and project presentations.
Requirements:
* Licensed architect or student in final semesters.
* Basic on-site experience or internships (preferred).
* Proficiency in software:
* AutoCAD
* SketchUp
* Revit
* Plus: Photoshop and Illustrator
* Genuine interest in well-executed design and architecture.
What We Value at BARRHEN:
* Proactivity: anticipating needs rather than waiting for instructions.
* Sound judgment: making informed decisions on site.
* Character: ability to coordinate and issue instructions on site.
* Attention to detail: obsession with getting things right.
* Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Ideal Profile:
Someone who wants not only to design—but to build well.
Who understands that a successful project does not end with the drawing, but with how it is executed on site.
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Trial period
Salary: $8,000\.00 \- $9,500\.00 per month
Benefits:
* Flexible hours
* Remote work
Work Location: On-site employment
