Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and actively participate in the development of technology projects, ensuring proper technical execution and achievement of objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Desktop application development and support **Position:** IT Project Leader / Senior Developer **Employment Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 14:30 hrs and from 17:00 to 19:00 hrs (2 hours 30 minutes for lunch) Days off: Saturdays and Sundays Job Objective: Coordinate, supervise, and actively participate in the development of technology projects, ensuring proper technical execution and achievement of objectives. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and track projects jointly with management * Supervise and support the development team * Desktop application development and support * Information systems design and architecture * Database design, development, and administration (SQL Server or higher) * Stored Procedures * Views * Scripts * Transactions * Database engine management: IDM, Oracle, DB2, or Sybase * Implementation and maintenance of Java-based systems (including lambda expressions) * Execution of technical and administrative functions related to projects Requirements: * Mandatory experience in development with **.NET and C\# (C Sharp)** * Demonstrable programming experience (technical test will be administered) * Experience in project leadership or supervision (even while continuing to code) * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Science or related field (incomplete degrees accepted if over 50% of credits completed) * Minimum **2 years** of experience We Offer: * Salary: **$35,000 to $40,000 monthly gross** (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * 3% Savings Fund * Profit-sharing (approximately one month's salary) * 50% Vacation Bonus Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
