**Education:** Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Technical Degree in Electronics. **Experience:** 1 year of experience as a Diagnostic Technician; experience in diagnosing critical failures; ability to generate a Failure Analysis Report (FAR) to document findings. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in operating measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, curve tracer), modulation, RF, video, audio, communications, networking, stress testing, and electronic assembly burn-in stages; BGA processes; failure identification methodologies; microscope, 5DX, X-ray, spectrum analyzer, Caltex. Document management skills, computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of methodologies (Six Sigma, 7 Habits, 8 Disciplines, 5S, FMEA).
