You will become part of a team of highly qualified professionals, where you can carry out the development and implementation of major projects. **Education:** Degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. **Control and Automation Engineer responsible for the following duties:** Lead the implementation, optimization, and commissioning of industrial automation systems, ensuring operational efficiency, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction. Technical knowledge * Ladder logic, function block, structured text, instruction list, sequential function programming * Industrial communication protocols: Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, CANbus * PLC and HMI operation and optimization (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000, Lenze) **Key skills**  Diagnose and resolve faults in automated systems to minimize downtime  Lead commissioning of process line projects  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems  Interpret, update, and document electrical diagrams in compliance with applicable standards  Prepare and manage technical documentation, drawings, and project logs  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry best practices  Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving ability, teamwork  Willingness to travel  Flexibility in working hours  Valid driver’s license **Skills:** * Teamwork capability * Strong verbal communication with clients * Negotiation skills * Organizational skills **COMPANY ADDRESS:** Camino a Tecualtitlan km.
