**FLOSOL GROUP** **WE ARE SEEKING:** **Position: Auto Appraiser** **Chevrolet Eulogio Parra** **Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible Auto Appraiser to inspect, diagnose, and determine the purchase value of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring compliance with brand standards and delivering a clear, professional experience to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Physical reception and inspection of vehicles. * General diagnosis: engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electronic systems. * Aesthetic inspection: interior, paint, and structural integrity. * Test drive, where applicable. * Preparation of appraisal reports and data entry into the system. * Negotiation and follow-up with customers. * Verification of vehicle documentation. * Support in vehicle purchase and delivery processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an appraiser, automotive technician, or in similar roles (preferred). * Knowledge of automotive diagnostics. * Proficiency in using basic inspection tools and equipment. * Valid driver’s license. * Service-oriented attitude, effective communication skills, and results-driven mindset. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $12,000 monthly (nominal), plus commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Profit-sharing. * Opportunities for career growth within the dealership.
