Creation of tickets in the assigned incident management tool. Ticket tracking. Knowledge and experience in: Structured cabling Telecommunications networks (voice, data & video) Installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, printers, and access points. Ethernet TCP/IP protocols (switching & routing). Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP, 7, 8, and 10). Experience in installation, configuration, and operation of software (antivirus, remote computer control, etc.). Experience with Incident and Problem Management tools based on ITSM.
