At **INDE**, we are seeking an **Installation Coordinator** to lead the development and supervision of technical area installation projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and established timelines. This position requires technical planning, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction execution oversight. Position Objective To develop, coordinate, and review hydro-sanitary, electrical, gas, HVAC, voice, and data installation projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical efficiency, and project economic feasibility. Main Responsibilities * Prepare executive designs for hydro-sanitary, stormwater, electrical, gas, fire protection (PCI), and HVAC systems. * Model and document systems in Revit from conceptual phase through final deliverables. * Coordinate reviews with specialists and track resolution of comments. * Validate correct field installation execution on site. * Manage inspections and verifications with relevant authorities. * Collaborate with cost and construction teams to optimize designs. * Prepare purchase requisitions and technical reports for the department. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical codes and regulations. Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation design and coordination. * Proficiency in **Revit** (essential) and **AutoCAD**. * Knowledge of installation standards and specifications. * Experience in vertical development projects is desirable. * Availability for site visits and on-site coordination.
