




This is a **full-time on-site position** based in **Guadalajara, Jalisco**. The **Sales Engineer** will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires working directly at our facilities to attend to customers, coordinate deliveries, assist with order preparation, and become familiar with the products. The candidate will also support in the **packaging of parts** to gain thorough understanding of the technical features of equipment and company processes. The **probation period will be 120 days**, in accordance with Mexican legislation applicable to technical positions. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospecting and follow-up with industrial clients nationwide. * Preparing quotes and tracking opportunities in the CRM (**Pipedrive**). * Providing technical advice to customers on industrial blades and pneumatic blade holders. * Supporting installation projects, training, and after-sales service. * Coordinating with the administrative team on shipments and billing. * **Assisting in packaging and inspection of parts**. * Participating in sales meetings and technical training programs.
