Where no two days are the same. **YOUR ROLE:** We are looking for an individual who will dedicate 50% of their efforts as a Scrum Master and the other 50% as a Data Engineer, always prioritizing Scrum Master activities, as that is the most important part. * Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables * Organize and lead daily stand\-ups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. * Ensure effiecient workflow and communication within the team * User story cration: gather requirements from stakeholders, write clear, concise and comprehensive user stories. * Prioritize and maintain the product backlog on the Azure DevOps (ADO) board. * Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and requirements * Facilitate Scrum events: Such as daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. * Act as a liaison between technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Support product owners * Prepare and present weekly management updates * Encourage continous improvement in team process to enhace productivity.
