Leading company in Design and manufacturing of labeling and automation solutions Location: El Salto, Jalisco (office) Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 gross monthly Position objective Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable software solutions, ensuring best programming practices and contributing to the company's technological innovation. Act as a technical reference and mentor for the development team. Main responsibilities * Analyze requirements and transform them into viable technical solutions. * Design and program applications in various programming languages. * Supervise and review code developed by junior and intermediate programmers, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. * Propose improvements in software architecture, methodologies, and development processes. * Document solutions, processes, and configurations of developed systems. * Provide third-level support in resolving critical incidents. * Train and provide technical guidance to the development team. Required profile * Academic background: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Software, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Experience: * Minimum 5 years in PLC programming. * Experience leading projects or development teams. * Participation in software architecture projects and production deployment. * Technical knowledge: * PLC and HMI programming (Siemens and Rockwell). * Programming of managed switches. * Programming of machinery safety circuits. * Knowledge of sensors, encoders, interlocks, and safety light curtains. * Ladder and structured programming languages. * Proficiency with TIA Portal and Studio 5000 software. * SCADA system programming (WinCC). Effective communication with technical and non-technical profiles. * Organization and priority management. * Innovation and continuous improvement.
