Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant for a meat processing plant, responsible for process control, food safety, audits, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Process control and food safety preservation in meat products. 2. Participation in audits and certification renewals. 3. Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans. Meat processing and marketing plant certified under TIF requires a **QUALITY ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Chemical Engineer, Food Engineer, or related degree * Basic experience in food quality processes **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily process controls; handling and preservation of food safety for meat products, raw materials, and finished goods. * Maintenance reporting and supervision * Participation in internal and external audits and certificate renewals. * Supplier communication * Non-conformance management * Root cause analysis at the facility and development of corrective and preventive action plans. * Participation in staff training and implementation * Documentation and communication processes * Continuous improvement **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $2,000 weekly net + $500 weekly productivity bonus * 100% subsidized cafeteria * Uniforms and PPE Interested candidates may contact us via this channel or WhatsApp: 3351202623 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,700.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
