Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. **What will you do in this role?** As a Bilingual Primary Teacher, you will be a key pillar in the academic and personal development of our students. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Designing and delivering engaging and challenging bilingual lessons that stimulate student learning and curiosity. * Collaborating with grade-level colleagues in developing annual lesson plans, ensuring a coherent and enriching educational experience. * Serving as an advisor for a group of students, providing comprehensive guidance and support. * Evaluating student progress according to institutional policies and recording grades promptly. * Maintaining effective and consistent communication with parents, informing them about their children's performance and behavior. * Managing classroom discipline based on our regulations, promoting an environment of respect and dignity for all. * Identifying students with special needs and referring them to the psychology department for appropriate support. * Actively participating in institutional events and assisting with recess, entry, and dismissal supervision. * Controlling and properly using materials and equipment under your responsibility, ensuring their availability for classes. * Attending departmental meetings and collaborating in the review of educational materials. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or Bachelor’s degree in Psychopedagogy (degree required). * Experience: Minimum of 1 year teaching at the primary level in a bilingual environment. * Bilingual proficiency: Advanced level of English (required). * Key skills: * Strong pedagogical and methodological skills. * Excellent oral and written communication. * High organizational and classroom management ability. * High motivation and proactivity. * Respect and empathy towards students, parents, and colleagues.
