Job Summary: This role involves real-time monitoring of units, itinerary and system tracking, detection of irregularities, response to critical events, and handling of confidential information, while maintaining communication with operators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time unit monitoring and route tracking. 2. Detection of irregular behaviors and response to critical events. 3. Operation of GPS systems and monitoring software. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Real-time unit monitoring. * Tracking of travel itineraries. * Detection of irregular behaviors. * Response to critical events occurring during routes. * Monitoring system tracking. * Safeguarding and handling of confidential route information. * Communication with operators. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience. * Proficiency in GPS systems. * Proficiency in monitoring software. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Flexible availability for scheduling.
