Job Summary: We are seeking a monitoring professional with strong observation skills, stress management capability, results orientation, and resilience to detect irregularities and respond effectively to emergencies. Results-oriented approach to security **MONITORING POSITION** **•\*** Observation and attention to detail: Essential for identifying irregularities, suspicious behavior, or technical failures across multiple screens.\* **•\*** Stress management and composure: Ability to respond swiftly and calmly during emergency situations, thefts, or fires.\* **•\*** Results orientation: Focus on problem resolution and achieving the security service’s objectives.\* **•\*** Physical and mental stamina: Capacity to work in enclosed environments, long shifts (including night shifts), and maintain constant alertness\* BASE SALARY 12,000 8 AM TO 8 PM ARE 2 SHIFTS The night shift is performed from home; during the first few days, attendance in person is required for training.
