**Job Description:**
We are looking for an HR Coordinator with proven experience in comprehensive HR management. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supervising, and optimizing recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, legal compliance, and organizational culture processes. The candidate must have experience measuring KPIs, analyzing HR department performance, and applying process engineering to improve operational efficiency. Leadership, organization, results orientation, and high confidentiality are required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Design and execute recruitment and selection strategies based on metrics (KPIs).
· Define, measure, and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, absenteeism, performance).
· Develop and implement HR process engineering to optimize timelines and efficiency.
· Supervise personnel file and labor documentation administration.
· Coordinate payroll incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities).
· Manage employee onboarding, termination, and modifications with IMSS.
· Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law.
· Implement onboarding and organizational development processes.
· Monitor workplace climate and propose improvements based on metrics.
· Generate strategic reports and HR dashboards.
· Coordinate performance evaluations.
· Support talent retention strategies.
**Requirements:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
· Experience defining and tracking KPIs.
· Knowledge of process engineering and continuous improvement.
· Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and payroll processes.
· Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (dashboard experience preferred).
· Leadership and team management abilities.
· High confidentiality and strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure.

**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch.
Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., virtual mode.
**Location:**
Providencia, Guadalajara.
Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month
