A prominent company distributing LED lighting for public, industrial, commercial, and sports facilities seeks: **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree * Minimum two years’ experience supervising warehouse, logistics, and personnel * SAP system proficiency * Material receipt and dispatch handling * Yard maneuvering and logistics control * Supervision of operational staff in the yard, loading and unloading * Product placement * Inventory management * Ensuring all yard personnel properly wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Ensuring regulatory compliance within the quality management system * Operational staff management * Analytical mindset **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $20,000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Statutory benefits + * Savings fund * $900 monthly food vouchers * School supplies support for children (elementary, junior high, and high school) * Support for immediate family member’s funeral expenses * Annual excellence bonus paid during the last week of the year Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
