Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with industrial environment experience to execute work orders and diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Diagnosis and repair of failures in various equipment **We are an industry-leading company for 30 years, maintaining high standards in manufacturing processes, quality, and use of top-tier materials for our products.** **JOIN OUR TEAM AS:** **MAINTENANCE** **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in similar positions within an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic blueprints. * Knowledge of precision mechanics, industrial electricity, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. * Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and diagnostic equipment. * Basic welding knowledge (arc, MIG/MAG). * Basic knowledge of control systems (PLCs and ladder diagrams) is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Execute assigned preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders. * Diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. * Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in optimal condition. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in all activities. * Request necessary materials and spare parts for job execution. * Keep the work area clean and organized after each intervention. * Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments of damaged or worn components. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $13,000 to $15,000 monthly nominal * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 8% savings fund * Life insurance * 100% profit sharing * Opportunity for permanent employment **Additional Benefits:** * Birthday day off * Birthday incentive * Financial support for newborn children: $3,000 * Marriage leave (5\) * School supplies support: $600 per child * Referral bonus (first month: $1,000; third month: $1,500\) * Annual food allowance Salary: $13,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
