English: Basic. **Position Purpose** Supervise the work team to ensure timely preparation of transportation orders (TOs) with correct quantities, through activity assignment and supervision, adhering to best distribution practices and monitoring compliance with efficiency and accuracy indicators (on time). **A Day in the Life of...** * Receive from the previous shift the work schedule (loading schedule, operational tracking, etc.) via logbooks and the shift handover meeting, to maintain continuity in the transportation order preparation processes. * Supervise the work team during product receipt and dispatch within the warehouse, verifying adherence to best distribution practices and monitoring compliance with efficiency and accuracy indicators (on time). * Assign shift personnel to various area activities based on shipping priorities and workload, aiming to meet efficiency and accuracy indicators. * Take responsibility for personal safety and that of the work team and colleagues, respecting established guidelines and reporting observed unsafe behaviors or conditions. * Fulfill safety, occupational health, and environmental obligations described in applicable procedures for this position, to prevent injuries, illnesses, and environmental contamination arising from activities at the workplace. **What Will Make You Successful...** * Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree in economics/administration fields. * 3–4 years of experience
