Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Job Objective:** * Manage projects under your responsibility, ensuring their proper execution for the development of New Products (NP), Reformulations (RF), and Evaluation of Alternate Manufacturers (EFA). **Responsibilities:** * Apply constraint-based methods and Quality by Design (QbD) principles to NP, RF, and EFA development projects in alignment with management objectives. * Perform activities associated with the Quality System under a compliance code adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). **Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree: Chemical-Pharmaceutical, Chemical-Biological, Engineering, or related fields. Preferred: Master's degree or specialization in Project Management **Experience:** * 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry * 2 years in project management * 2 years in KPI development **Knowledge:** * Office 365 / MS Project * Project management methodologies and tools * National and international pharmaceutical regulations * Quality by Design (QbD) principles * Generation, establishment, and analysis of KPIs * Implement and map processes from scratch **Language:** Business English At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
