




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure the operational efficiency, safety, and profitability of our fleet of elevators and cranes by supervising assembly, maintenance, and repair activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and profitability of the elevator and crane fleet at assigned construction sites through rigorous technical supervision of assembly, maintenance, and repair processes. The primary focus is eliminating downtime caused by mechanical or electrical failures, ensuring every operation complies with the strictest industrial safety standards to protect personnel integrity and company assets. REQUIREMENTS: Education: * Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: * Minimum 3 years supervising maintenance or assembly crews. * Technical knowledge of lifting systems, hoists, or tower cranes. * Familiarity with heavy machinery or construction-site solutions. * Blueprint and Diagram Reading: Ability to interpret electrical and structural diagrams. * Proficiency in using PPE. * Industrial Safety: In-depth knowledge of NOM-009-STPS (Work at Heights). * Civil Construction Site Experience. Responsibilities: * Logistics: Plan daily routes for technicians handling assembly, disassembly, and maintenance tasks. * Field Supervision: Verify that crane and elevator assembly complies with engineering blueprints and safety regulations. * Fault Diagnosis: Respond to critical calls where technicians fail to resolve issues, performing final electromechanical diagnosis. * Spare Parts Management: Request and verify that replacement parts (sensors, steel cables, motors) are correct prior to installation. * Customer Service: Deliver technical reports to site supervisors and sign service logs. * Conduct technician mentoring and training. * Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance. * Serve as a brand ambassador. * Lead a team of 16 people. * Collaborate with Operational Coordinator’s requisitions. * Blueprint and Diagram Reading: Ability to interpret electrical and structural diagrams. * Operation of machinery and tools.
