We are seeking: MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT Work Location: GUADALAJARA CITY CENTER \- FRIKI PLAZA REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed secondary school Age: 25 to 45 years old Minimum 1 year of experience in the position Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. Assist in maintaining air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Monitor the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. Conduct routine inspections to detect failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. Report damages or anomalies to the maintenance supervisor or administration. Control the use of assigned tools and materials. Record activities in maintenance logs. Perform drywall work. WE OFFER: Statutory benefits. Monthly gross salary of $13,000.
