Analysis and resolution of issues in logistics processes **Logistics Coordinator** **Only candidates residing in Guadalajara, Jalisco will be considered.** **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise logistics operations while ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate product distribution, and timely delivery to internal and external customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the supply chain * Plan and optimize shipments, routes, and delivery times * Control inventories (cycle and physical counts) and ensure proper rotation (FIFO) * Supervise material receiving, storage, and shipping * Manage and coordinate the warehouse team * Maintain communication with suppliers and carriers * Ensure compliance with quality, organization, and safety standards * Prepare operational reports and departmental KPIs * Manage reverse logistics (returns) * Track incidents and process improvements in logistics **Requirements** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in logistics * Inventory and logistics process management experience * Knowledge of FIFO * Intermediate Excel proficiency * SAP experience preferred * Experience managing personnel **Key Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork * Organization and results orientation * Analysis and problem-solving * Effective communication * Proactivity and continuous improvement Salary: $14\.00 \- $16\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
