




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional skilled in personnel administration, recruitment, development, and labor compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with government agencies and contractual control **HUMAN RESOURCES** **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 3 years of experience in human resources administration. Focus on labor relations compliance. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Personnel Administration: Personnel file management, onboarding, offboarding, attendance incidents, and payroll coordination. Recruitment and Selection: Job posting, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. Development and Workplace Climate: Performance evaluations, employee support, and retention initiatives. Labor Compliance: Implementation of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), contract management, and coordination with occupational safety departments. Contractual Compliance: Management of contracts with clients and suppliers.
