We seek responsible, committed, and service-oriented individuals to join our operations team as: Security Guard Requirements Education: Completed secondary school. Experience: Minimum 1 year in access control, vehicle inspection, and implementation of security measures. Availability: Rotating shifts under the 12x12 schedule. Responsibilities Access control for personnel, vehicles, and visitors. Activation of security protocols in response to risk situations. Thorough inspection of vehicles upon entry and exit. Preparation of detailed shift logs. We Offer Gross monthly salary: 14,008 MXN. Weekly pay: 2,549 MXN net (approximately tax-free). Grocery vouchers: Additional 250 MXN per week. Statutory benefits: Effective from the first day of employment. Social Security: Full IMSS contribution based on 100% of salary.
