Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Confidence-based**Job Objective** Supervise the proper execution of cleaning services within assigned facilities, ensuring alignment with the needs of various warehouse areas served and guaranteeing operational continuity.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Verify and maintain cleanliness conditions across assigned facilities, complying with requirements set forth by applicable regulations. * Conduct visual inspections to assess the condition of cleaning materials and/or equipment, and manage their replenishment as needed. * Archive records of cleaning activity compliance and keep them readily available upon request. * Schedule extraordinary cleaning activities when required, in coordination with the area supervisor. * Ensure cleaning functions are performed according to established procedures and rules, and provide timely support to staff regarding time management matters. * Coordinate staff training on industrial safety and courses mandated by NOM-059. * Manage and ensure staff qualification in accordance with current procedures and evaluate their performance. * Verify that staff under supervision perform daily duties in compliance with official standards and company regulations. Experience Industrial cleaning processes. Inventory control of supplies. Knowledge Application and handling of cleaning products.
