Job Summary: Access controller for a condominium, responsible for registering vehicle and pedestrian entries and exits, and reporting irregularities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and registration in condominium 2. Reporting of irregularities and suspicious events 3. Proficiency in computer equipment and access system **Access Control** * Monitor and record vehicle and pedestrian entries and exits at the guardhouse. * Logbook registration * Report any irregularities that arise as well as any suspicious events. * Proficiency in computer equipment and access system * Access controller (not a security guard), for access control of a condominium on a 12x12 schedule. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 6 months of experience in the field * Honest * Responsible * Certificate of no criminal record * Completed high school education * Good personal appearance **BENEFITS:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Timely payments * Job stability and career development within the company * Transportation allowance * Food allowance Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 MXN per week Work location: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 MXN per week Work location: On-site employment
