Reporting of operational incidents and corrective actions **Casa Cravioto** is seeking a **Yard Supervisor** capable of managing and coordinating the distribution vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and efficient operation to guarantee safe and timely deliveries. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures * Assign loading/unloading docks and positions * Manage carrier documentation (appointments, waybills, checklists, etc.) * Report operational incidents and implement corrective actions * Maintain and control yard operational logs and records * Supervise the physical and mechanical condition of the fleet (preventive and corrective) * Manage vehicle documentation (insurance, inspections, permits, license plates, circulation cards) * Monitor fuel efficiency and control operational expenses **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administration/logistics (preferred) * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position * **Flexible availability** * General knowledge of distribution or logistics processes (preferred) **We Offer:** * Short-term professional growth * Statutory benefits from day one * Thirteenth-month bonus as required by law plus 15 additional days * Vacation bonus: 25% as required by law plus an additional 5% * Life insurance * Uniforms provided by the company * On-site medical services * Subsidy for sports activities * Additional leave days * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,400.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
