Position Summary: We are seeking an architecture/engineering professional to ensure regulatory compliance, prepare and review drawings, and manage technical inquiries, with a focus on 3D modeling and structural codes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure and implement customer standards and specifications 2. Prepare and review fabrication (shop) drawings 3. Understand AISC, ASTM, and AWS codes **Profile** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering. **Responsibilities:** · Ensure and implement the standards and specifications requested by customers. · Prepare and review fabrication (shop) drawings · Prepare RFIs and project-related inquiries. · Understand AISC, ASTM, and AWS codes **Knowledge and Training:** * 3D structural modeling using Tekla or viewer software * Technical standards AISC, IMCA, and AWS * Structural connection design and detailing * Material take-off and coding * Ability to read and interpret structural drawings * Document review and control * Technical support at site and shop * Software proficiency: Windows, MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD, and Tekla * Technical English comprehension for conversation and reading (desirable) **Proficiency in Specialized Software:** * Tekla Structures * AutoCAD * Microsoft Excel Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 45 days Salary: Starting from $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
