We are seeking a committed **Warranty Technician**, with a service-oriented attitude and a focus on continuous improvement, to help us maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality of our products. **Key responsibilities:** * Work in the warranty department to repair LED lighting products. * Diagnose, repair, and evaluate malfunctions. * Handle mechanical and electronic tools. * Solder and desolder components using a soldering iron. **Required knowledge:** I. Soldering iron operation II. Mechanical tool operation III. Electronic tool operation (multimeter) IV. Basic knowledge of LED chips V. Basic understanding of driver operation VI. Basic knowledge of alternating current (AC) VII. Basic knowledge of direct current (DC) VIII.
