TRANSPORTATION COMPANY SEEKING LAND LOGISTICS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR We are a company with 22 years of experience in the freight transportation market. **REQUIREMENTS** Completed university degree in Business Administration or related field 3 years of experience in the logistics operations area **BENEFITS** Probationary contract with possibility of permanent employment All statutory benefits Profit-sharing Free uniforms Life insurance in case of death or disability School supplies support **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise yard operators * Monitor on-time delivery, pickup, and transit performance of yard vehicles * Assign trips * Submit daily report by 9:30 AM listing yard vehicles and assigned operators * Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to assign customers to available trailers for the day, no later than 11:00 AM * Conduct daily system review to ensure timely unloading operations * Design yard movement schedules based on real-time assignment updates * Inspect diesel fuel levels in all vehicles daily * Review and submit vehicle logbooks * Review payment status settlements with operators each morning and promptly inform operators of any issues * Review yard operators’ daily logbooks * Jointly track vehicle maintenance issues with the maintenance team using workshop reports, and monitor trailer damage reports **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including 1.5-hour lunch break Two Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **WORK LOCATION** Anillo Perif.
