




Job Summary: Comprehensive management of customer documentation, financing, financial planning, and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage delivery and direct financing processes with CNH Capital. 2. Develop financial plans and support sales representatives. 3. Conduct statistical follow-up and handle customer complaints. Prepare customer files, ensuring compliance with all established conditions. Manage the delivery process. Manage direct financing arrangements with CNH Capital. Develop financial plans for various types of customers and support sales representatives. Collaborate in developing the sales budget. Publish information and distribute timely internal informational bulletins. Make telephone calls to all sales customers for statistical follow-up via service quality surveys. Handle all customer objections, complaints, and claims administratively: record information in the appropriate forms and worksheets, and escalate them to the administration department for follow-up. Monitor registration and transfer procedures for units. oMonitor and follow up on commercial litigation. Monitor sales representatives’ commercial operations to verify compliance with CNHMX standards. Issue delivery receipts. Record duly authorized transactions in the company’s management system. Archive all operational documentation related to unit sales. Draft and send email responses to customers. Carry out all administrative routines generated by the predefined procedures applicable to the commercial area.
