**Job Opening: Engineering Manager** **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco **Company:** Hawk Engineering Fall Protection S. de R.L. de C.V. **Job Mission** Design and implement the company’s growth and positioning strategy, managing personnel and establishing policies to ensure optimal workflow across all departments. The goal is to achieve synergy, consistency, and attainment of key performance indicators. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the engineering team, fostering commitment, integration, and achievement of objectives. * Administer budgets and resources for efficient company operations. * Plan short- and long-term general and specific objectives. * Develop strategic plans to achieve monthly and annual goals. * Define and update pricing for offered products and systems. * Monitor strategic, improvement, and commercial projects. * Support the sales department in sales strategies and quotations. * Ensure compliance with **ISO 9001:2015**. **Authority and Decision-Making** * Authorization of expenses, investments, and personnel hiring. * Changes to processes, systems, and line products. * Creation and approval of Quality Management System documents. **Required Profile** * **Academic Qualification:** Industrial or Civil Engineering (degree holder). * **Desirable Specializations:** Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, ISO 9001:2015, EN 795:2012 and EN 353\-1:2014 standards. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as Engineering Manager or 2 years as Coordinator supporting managerial functions. **✅ Additional Requirements** * Minimum age: 30 years. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team management. * Strategic planning. * Negotiation and analysis. * Results orientation. **How to Apply** Apply through this channel or send me a message via WhatsApp at 33 2065 8076 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
