At Sunflower Garden, a premium florist specializing in personalized floral experiences, we are seeking a Manager / Operations Coordinator responsible for leading, organizing, and overseeing the business’s daily operations. This is a position of high trust and will be critical to ensuring growth, order, and excellence in customer service. Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the florist’s daily operations. * Lead, organize, and monitor the work team (florists, customer service staff, and delivery personnel). * Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of orders. * Supervise inventory, supplies, and materials control. * Track sales, special orders, and frequent customers. * Maintain quality, presentation, and premium service standards. * Implement operational process and customer service improvements. * Support planning and execution during peak-demand periods (e.g., February 14, May 10, special events). * Serve as the direct liaison between management and the operations team, reporting results and needs. Requirements * Prior experience as a manager, coordinator, or operations supervisor (preferably in retail, floristry, events, or service-based businesses). * Leadership qualities, strong character, and people management skills. * High level of organization, accountability, and process follow-up. * Excellent service attitude and customer focus. * Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons. * Age: Preferably between 27 and 35 years old. * Flexible availability.
