Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. **JOB SUMMARY** This is a Semi-Technical Machine Operator position requiring operation of most or all backend production machines, including SMT, through-hole, CNC, etc. **EDUCATION REQUIRED** Technical High School Diploma or Technical Degree **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Operate a wide variety of machines and tools, including CNC and other manual and electric machines. Work from production drawings, sketches, engineering diagrams, mechanical component drawings, and verbal instructions. Perform calculations; verify information and functions; analyze; make decisions; and determine process feed rates and speeds. Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, and others. May program certain machines. Self-directed and adhering to instructions to complete tasks on time and accurately. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
