Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of Collaborator** Trust-based **Position Objective** Ensure availability of necessary resources (e.g., personnel, tools, spare parts, machine availability) for proper execution of maintenance activities, as well as management of performance indicators and document control to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform activities associated with the Quality Management System under compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Manage maintenance indicators, lead their analysis and tracking of action plans, and maintain document control. * Manage required resources to ensure proper execution of all maintenance activities, striving to improve process efficiency and increase equipment availability within the area. Experience * Maintenance planning implementation — 2 years * Document control system management — 2 years * Maintenance indicator analysis and monitoring — 2 years * Maintenance strategy execution — 2 years * Root cause analysis — 2 years. Knowledge * Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables) * National and international pharmaceutical regulations * Maintenance management systems (indicators, planning, process control, financial controls) * Continuous improvement / root cause analysis tools. Education Bachelor's Degree **Complementary Profile** * Desired experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, personal care, food, or automotive industries, and warehouse process management (spare parts). * Desired knowledge of Minitab (statistical analysis).
