**What will you do daily?**
* Track active purchase orders, ensuring adherence to production and delivery timelines.
* Monitor key dates and update status in the system (ERP).
* Maintain up-to-date databases, technical sheets, and product documentation.
* Coordinate shipment and receipt of samples with suppliers and internal departments.
* Ensure smooth information flow among Design, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
* Monitor seasonal calendars and follow up on deliverables.
* Identify and promptly communicate deviations or delays.
* Generate tracking and administrative control reports.
* Validate information prior to purchase order issuance.
* Propose process improvements and identify inconsistencies in data.

**We expect you to…**
* Hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (currently pursuing is acceptable).
* Have 1–3 years of experience in administrative or procurement roles (retail experience preferred).
* Be proficient in Excel at an intermediate level (information tracking and control).
* Have basic-to-intermediate English skills (reading and written communication).
* Be organized, detail-oriented, and highly attentive to follow-up.
* Be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Be proactive and communicate effectively across departments.
