Key duties include: * Customer, supplier, and visitor接待 * Office access control, registration, and management * Executive calendar management * Reservation and preparation of shared spaces within the company for related events * Procurement of office supplies and supplies for shared areas * Supplier management and oversight * Administrative support * Corporate travel management (reservations, flight purchases, itineraries, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
